Life brings me sadness and troubles,
Life gives me hatred and pain.
Life shows no gladness or joy to me,
It just deals me heartaches and strain.
Trust and respect, where to find it,
Love and care, where to look.
Not in this world is there peace anymore,
And I'm just driven into a nook.
Friendship, once found, lost forever.
Lies, they just go to and fro.
Men who abuse and who show contempt,
And there's really no place to go.
Heart, stop your crying and moaning!
Mind, stop your thoughts that give pain!
Life is just bearable when you take!
Don't give anymore, it's in vain!
